Puppies first trip to the Vet

I took the puppies to the vet at 6:30 am for their dew claws and tail docking.  I loaded up the puppies in the carrier and put Ella in her kennel.  She was fine until I pulled out of the driveway, so Trista says.  Then she starting barking and whining.

The Vet, Dr. Stav, did a fantastic job.  He said all the pups were healthy and strong.

I got home and put the pups back in the whelping box and let Ella in.  She was very happy.  We were only gone an hour total, but it was too long for her.

They are all currently sleeping and happy – but dinner does that to us all.

About Kraig

Growing up with dogs of all kinds, for working, hunting, and protection I can't remember a time of not having a dog. My very own dog came at 14 in the model of black and lab. Many, many years later, and many dogs later I can honestly say none compare to the versatility of a Wachtelhund. I will always have one.
